Meeting between representatives of the State Fund for Entrepreneurship Support, Asian Development Bank and the Guarantee Fund of Kyrgyzstan

During the meeting, the parties discussed what should be considered in the development of the Law “On Guarantee Funds” in the matrix, ways to implement it and work with relevant ministries and agencies.

They also expressed proposals for the transfer of the authority to the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the creation of a working group to develop the draft law in order to make this law comprehensively complex, create more convenience for entrepreneurs.

In addition, they touched upon the study of foreign experience in the development of this law, paying attention to international standards and considering the results of their practice.

At the end of the meeting, the Working Group of the Kyrgyz Guarantee Fund agreed to sign a Memorandum with the aim of studying the fund’s activities and expanding cooperation on the above-mentioned issues.
